1. Who we are

This website is BritCrown.Hub (britcrownhub.co.uk). Our office is at 2nd Floor, 84 Curtain Road, London, EC2A 3BE, United Kingdom. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean BritCrown.Hub. "You" means you, the person using this website.

2. Accepting these terms

By accessing or using this website you agree to these Terms Of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Disclosure. If you do not agree with any part of them, please stop using the website.

We may change these terms. When we do, we update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be flagged on the homepage for a reasonable period. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the revised terms.

3. Age restriction — strictly 18 and over

Gambling in Great Britain is restricted to adults aged 18 or over. This website contains information about gambling and links to licensed gambling operators. We take real care with facts. Licensing details are taken from the UK Gambling Commission public register and are linked back to source on the page so you can verify them yourself. Scores are our own editorial opinion, formed from hands-on testing, and are labelled as such.

Even so, operators change their terms, offers, banking methods and payout behaviour without telling us. Content is accurate to the best of our knowledge on the date shown on the page. This website does not host user-generated content. There are no comment threads, forums, user reviews or uploads. Everything published here is written and checked by our editorial team, which means there is nothing unmoderated on it.

8. Intellectual property

All editorial text, our scoring model, page design, layout and our own graphics are owned by BritCrown.Hub or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright. You may read, print and share pages for your own non-commercial use. You may quote short extracts with clear attribution and a link. You may not republish, resell or reproduce substantial parts of this website without our written permission.

Operator names, logos and trade marks belong to their respective owners. They are used on this website for the purpose of honest editorial identification and comment — nominative fair use — and their use does not imply any partnership, endorsement or approval by those owners unless we say so explicitly. 9. Availability

We aim to keep the website available at all times, and we monitor it, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend, withdraw or change any part of it without notice, including for maintenance. We will not be liable to you if the website is unavailable at any time.

10. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Subject to that, we exclude all implied conditions, warranties and representations to the fullest extent permitted by law, and we will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website or your reliance on its content, including gambling losses incurred at any operator, loss of profit, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential loss. Your decision to gamble, and the amount you choose to stake, is yours alone.

11. Complaints

If you are unhappy with anything we have published, email complaints@britcrownhub.co.uk with the page and the issue. We acknowledge complaints within two working days and aim to resolve them within ten. Complaints about an operator — a withheld withdrawal, a closed account, a disputed bonus — must go to the operator first, and then to its alternative dispute resolution provider, which the operator is required to name in its own terms. We cannot resolve a dispute on your behalf because we are not a party to your account.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. This website is intended for adults located in the United Kingdom. Gambling law differs by country and it is your responsibility to know whether gambling is lawful where you are.

13. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in force. These terms, together with the policies linked from them, form the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of this website.
